In regards to the launch of the new UI No. format for foreign nationals promoted by the Ministry of the Interior, clients are required to present the latest version of your new uniform identity number (UI No.) ID card and specimen seal of bank account to any of our branches to update your basic information upon the relevant ID card/certificate issued by National Immigration Agency have been renewed to the new UI No.

Gentle reminder on tax reporting, please be informed that the ARC No. / New UI No. filled in the individual income tax return shall be the same as the one kept by our bank. The inconsistency between the UI No. of tax filing and the UI No. retained by our bank could result in failure to complete the authorization or deduction of your tax payment when transferring from our bank account.
